Hey everybody, Jeremy here, Managing Director of the Human IT Company where we show you The Way IT Should Be Done. One of the things that we're really good at, is that we'll take a really technical concept, and we'll translate it into plain English, or into business-speak so that people can understand what we're talking about. The reality is that computer folks, honestly… honestly sometimes computer folks just drive me crazy. They speak their own language, they have so much jargon…. oh my goodness, do they have so much jargon…. and they love acronyms. Abbreviations for this, and short versions for that…. and really it just drives me kind of batty. And that's part of the reason that we do these videos. We're trying to take somewhat technical Concepts and explain them in business terms

So we've created a system of ranking the technical geekiness of some of these videos. It'll be anywhere from a one-propeller beanie to a five-propeller beanie topic. One propeller beanie means the explanation or the video or the topic is not very technical at all, five propeller beanies means, you know, chances are that you're going to need some experience with it to understand the fine details of what we're talking about.

We're hopeful that having this rating system will enable you to more quickly focus in on the types of content that are most suitable for you and the videos that go into the technical detail to the level you are most comfortable with. Because really that's what it's all about for us; we want to explain things to you in the way that you find appropriate. Because at the end of the day your IT support should be about you, it's not about us. Our job is to give you the best possible information, in a way that you understand, so that you can make the best decision possible for your business. That's our way. That's the Human Way because This Is The Way IT Should Be Done.
