Greater Vancouver has a lot of IT Support companies. Most of them have technicians talk at you instead of with you, they believe that they are better than everyone else, and they have a nasty habit using a lot of technical jargon. When they talk, it’s kind of hard to tell them apart from one another… they all say the same things, the same way.
We felt there had to be a better way. So we created one. We call it The Human Way.
At the end of the day, your computer doesn’t care if it’s broken or not. Your computer doesn’t care if it can’t access the Internet, or if email won’t open. But the person sitting in front of the computer cares, and so we care about how the person is feeling. We fix the computer while we support the person.
As a team, we ‘re all committed to that approach. People first.
