We offer free WordPress hosting to registered Canadian charities because we believe a reliable online presence is something every organization doing good work deserves access to. Clean setup, stable hosting, no cost.

A Honest Note
This program is a starting point, not a full-service solution. It does not include:
- Website design or content creation
- Plugin or theme support
- Backups
- DNS or email support
You are responsible for managing your site once it's live. We may also restrict plugins that create security or performance risks to keep the environment stable for everyone on the program. If we wouldn't stand behind the environment, we wouldn't offer it.
If you ever need more hands-on support down the road, we offer IT services built specifically for Vancouver nonprofits.
How It Works
Fill out the application form below and we'll confirm your eligibility. From there, we set up your WordPress site and send you your login details. Most organizations are up and running within a few business days.

This program is open to registered Canadian charities in the Greater Vancouver area that need a simple, dependable website presence. We offer one website per organization so we can keep the program accessible to as many charities as possible.
Before You Apply
What counts as a registered charity in Canada?
A registered charity is an organization that has been approved by the Canada Revenue Agency and holds a valid business number ending in RR. If you're not sure whether your organization qualifies, you can check the CRA's charity registry at canada.ca.
Can I transfer my existing domain name to this hosting?
Yes. If you already own a domain, you can point it to your new WordPress site. We don't manage domain transfers or DNS settings, but most domain registrars have straightforward guides to help you do this.
Are there any hidden costs or fees down the road?
No. The hosting is free for as long as your organization remains eligible and your site complies with acceptable use standards. We'll always be upfront if anything changes.
What kind of support is available if something goes wrong with my site?
This program does not include technical support for your website. You are responsible for managing your site day to day. If your needs grow and you're looking for more comprehensive IT support, we work with Vancouver nonprofits on exactly that.
