Where These Values Come From
Our founder, Jeremy Colwell, began working in IT support in 1994 — across government, multinational manufacturing, and other IT service companies. In every environment, he saw the same problem: technology was approached from the technical point of view first, and the person needing help came second.
He was raised on the Golden Rule and a belief in treating every person with respect — values that didn't always fit the IT industry he knew. In 2007, he built a company around them instead.
In 2012, charities and nonprofits became a deliberate focus, because supporting organizations that strengthen their communities made the work more meaningful. That focus is still central to who we are.
